Day to Day
Córdoba takes life slowly, and so does La Galería. We are a traditional Cordoban tavern (a mesón) in Córdoba city centre, at Avenida Ronda de los Tejares, 34, next to Bulevar del Gran Capitán: coffee to start the day, tapas and sharing plates of traditional Cordoban food at lunchtime, and an ice-cold beer as the afternoon winds down. We open Monday to Saturday from 8:00; full portions cost €10.50–20 and half portions €8–9.

Our Kitchen
The dishes you will always find in our Cordoban tavern: traditional cooking, Iberian ham and time-honoured recipes, as full or half portions.
Cordoban Tradition
A thick, chilled cream of ripe tomato, bread and extra virgin olive oil, denser than gazpacho. We serve it topped with Iberian ham and chopped hard-boiled egg, just as the Cordoban recipe says.
Cordoban Classic
Pork loin rolled around cured ham, breaded and fried until golden outside and juicy inside. We serve it with chips and aioli, the classic way.
Cordoban Tradition
Traditional oxtail stew, slow-cooked with vegetables and wine until the meat falls off the bone. Together with salmorejo, it is the signature dish of Cordoban cooking.
House Favourite
Pork cheeks slow-cooked in sauce until meltingly tender. A comforting classic of Cordoban cooking.
House Favourite
Iberian ham as a full portion (€18) or half portion (€9), to share with a beer or a glass of wine. One of the most prized products of Spanish cuisine.
House Favourite
Creamy cheesecake with pistachio cream and Lotus biscuit, for a smooth, sweet finish.
